Sunday 1 October 10h-17h : A Mother’s Wellbeing
Over these two days you will:
Increase your understanding of the transition for both mother and baby.
Learn more about the power of touch and how to introduce to new mums & their babies.
Discover the use of holds, movement & more with babies to release tummy tension.
Build better awareness around a mothers health and emotional wellbeing.
Experience breath and bodywork for the new mother – a less is more approach.
Understand the true benefits of working the core muscles and how best to do this.
Information is important for new parents helping them to make good parenting choices from an empowered position. Lynn's aim within these two days is to help you fill a gap in the support of new parents. For those of us working with new mothers our role should be to facilitate a place of non judgment and support where women can feel safe to open up to others while exploring what is normal to expect at this time. Then through the simplicity of touch, yoga and the breath alongside openhearted dialogue and discussion women can discover their mothering skills and the enjoyment that can be had when one does not feel alone. You will observe the mother and baby relationship blossom
Information and Fees: 250€ for the 2 days (EARLY BIRD 230€ before 15 June 2017). Please contact Sophie for sign up and information : email@example.com , +32(0)499 41 41 91
