Do you feel Confused, Overwhelmed, and Underprepared for the Menopause?

I am here to support and empower you through every step of your menopause journey. Whether you are navigating the transitions of peri-menopause, well into menopause, or unsure what is going on, my aim is to provide you with knowledge, tools, care and understanding so that you can make sense of your own unique experience and develop a renewed sense of positivity.

Why Menopause Support?

Menopause is a natural stage of life, but the changes which affect every functions of the body sometimes leave women feeling isolated and overwhelmed, as modern society seems to have lost the wisdom to value and support this time of change.  My goal is to change that narrative by providing a nurturing space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

With over 20 years of experience supporting women through transformative life stages such as fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum, I have developed a deep passion for women’s health, particularly during times of transition. My own journey through peri to post-menopause, marked by feelings of isolation and confusion, inspired me to explore holistic paths to healing and growth, as a complement to Western medicine.

Whether you choose to attend a workshop, seek one-on-one guidance, or both, I create a space for you to help you embrace menopause with confidence and clarity.

We can work together in two ways :

Menopause Well-Being Workshops

  • I host regular 3 hours workshops focused on menopause well-being, offering:

Knowledge and Insights: Understand the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes happening in your body as seen from the Western medicine and Eastern medicine approaches (Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine)

Practical Tools: Learn techniques to manage symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disturbances, and mood changes.

Holistic Practices: Explore and experience mindfulness, gentle movement, relaxation techniques to support the changes unfolding at so many levels of your being.

Community Connection: Share experiences and build connections with other women on the same journey in a safe, supportive environment.

These workshops are designed to leave you feeling informed, empowered, your experience validated and part of a nurturing community.

One-on-One Menopause Doula Support

A doula is a woman supporting another woman. The Menopause doula guidance sessions are for you if you are seeking more personalized care. Those sessions help us shed some light on your own experience of the (peri)menopause and address your very unique needs. I offer a safe space for you to share your experience, and I will help you make sense of it. From there, we can think of strategies and tools to help you regain more balance.

The bespoke sessions provide:

Individualized Guidance: Tailored advice and strategies to address your unique needs and symptoms. We will decide together what tools might be more appropriate for you which are part of the modalities I work with ( such as breathing and relaxation techniques, hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Yoga).

Emotional Support: A compassionate listening ear to help you navigate the emotional aspects of menopause.

Lifestyle Planning: Guidance on creating routines and habits that promote well-being and resilience during this transition.

My Approach & Why Work with Me ?

My approach is holistic, recognizing that menopause is not just a physical change but a profound transformation that impacts every aspect of your life. 

Drawing on my various trainings and years of experience in Well Women Yoga Therapy (Yoga and Ayurveda), Hypnotherapy  and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(UK College of Hypnotherapy), and my roles as an Antenatal and Menopause Doula, I provide both group and one-to-one support. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and trauma-aware space in all my sessions, creating an environment where women can feel truly seen and supported. I have held space for women for more that 2 decades, and firmly believe in the healing power of women gathering in circles, as well as the transformative potential of personalized care, to navigate the challenges and embrace the opportunities of menopause with strength and empowerment.
