When what mattered then no longer feel true now….

Menopause, for many of us, is not just a physical transition but a deep inner turning. A time when the soul clears its throat and asks, “Are you still living what really matters to you?”
It can feel (very!) disorienting. We may find ourselves questioning the values we once lived by—roles we took on, sacrifices we made, beliefs we inherited or adopted without a second thought. What once felt carved in stone starts to soften, and with that softening comes possibility (the GREAT gift of Menopause!). The voice within us grows louder, clearer. And it asks not for perfection, but for alignment.
🌿 This is what we’ll be exploring together in our next Menopause Well-being Workshop on Sunday 15th of June (!!LAST CIRCLE before the summer!!)
We’ll take time to reflect on what’s shifting, what no longer fits, and how to listen to the quiet (or loud!) calls for change.
✨ We’ll also look at who and what is in your support circle—
Are we truly held? Do the people around you honour who you are becoming? Are there new forms of support that you need as you move through this stage?
💫September-December 2025 Peek Preview💫
The Menopause Circles will take a break over the summer but will return in September, so start saving the dates! (see HERE).
I am also thrilled to be co-hosting a couple of exciting Menopause-related events next Autumn, hoping to keep enriching the conversation on menopause through a holistic lens (more in the next newsletter, but you can already take a peek here at a day workshop I am co-hosting on 4th October)
And as always, do get in touch to discuss 1 to 1 Menopause Doula sessions.
With love ,
Sophie
