As a Menopause Doula, I offer a calm, confidential space to explore the journey of (peri)menopause with compassion, understanding, and care.

I am a qualified Menopause Doula (Menopause Doula School UK), and Well-Woman Yoga therapist with over 20 years experience in supporting women through life transitions such as fertility, matrescence and general women’s health.

All sessions are offered one-to-one to best meet your needs. Appointments take place at Shanti Home (Rue Darwin 8, Brussels 1190) (Place Brugmann/Ma Campagne) or online.

Option 1: PAUSE & RECONNECT

1 x 75-minute session

A gentle, grounding one-to-one meeting to pause, be heard, and make sense of where you are in your menopause journey.

This session offers space to tell your story — to speak openly about how you’ve been feeling, what’s changing, and what support you most need right now.

Together, we’ll begin to map out your experience, bringing clarity and understanding to the physical, emotional, and energetic shifts of peri-menopause or menopause.

You’ll leave feeling reassured, informed, and more connected to your body’s natural rhythms.

Ideal if you’re seeking understanding, reassurance, or simply a listening ear — a moment to pause and reconnect before deciding what comes next.

Option 2: Listen & Deepen

3×75-minute sessions (over 4–6 weeks)

A supportive journey over 3 sessions to help you understand and begin to work with your menopause transition.

Ideal if you’d like to deepen your understanding, gain supportive tools, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

Includes:

  • Initial well-being assessment – a holistic overview of your current physical, emotional, and energetic state, exploring symptoms, sleep, stress, etc.
  • Compassionate listening – an unhurried conversation to share your experience and identify what needs most care.
  • Understanding the Menopause process – clear, grounded information about what’s happening in your body and ways to work with these changes.
  • Personalised Guidance & Next Steps – simple, supportive suggestions for reflection and self-care beyond the session.

  • Holistic education — understanding what’s happening in your body and why.
  • Emotional support — non-judgmental listening, validating your experience, and helping you make sense of your journey.
  • Co-create a supportive, realistic plan that honours your needs and goals — helping you feel both understood and empowered.

For each session, you’ll receive simple, supportive suggestions to continue your reflection and self-care at home — this may include reading resources, journalling prompts, or gentle daily rituals.

Optional tools such as Yoga Nidras or guided relaxation/meditation can be offered as recorded materials to support you beyond our sessions.
