Join us for a nurturing half-day retreat designed especially for women at any stage of their perimenopause and menopause journey—a time of profound inner change that calls for deeper rest, replenishment, and reconnection with self.
The Rested Woman Circle is a lovingly held space to soothe the nervous system and invite a sense of balance and calm during this transitional season of life. Together, we will move gently, rest deeply, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.
The afternoon will include:
- Gentle embodied movement to release tension and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms
- Deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practices to nourish your rest, support hormonal balance, and awaken intuition
- Self-care rituals including simple yet potent self-massage techniques for grounding and hormonal support
- Circle time for reflection, sharing, and honouring your unique experience of perimenopause
- Healing sound baths to soothe the senses, settle the mind, and invite deep cellular restoration
