Honouring our Inner Rhythms

Each Monday after a Menopause Well-Being Circle, I like to take a quiet moment to reflect and soak in the energy of our time together. These gatherings are full of deep sharing, insight, and connection—and taking a pause afterwards feels like an extra gift to myself.
So much wisdom arises when we come together. Lived experience, inner knowing, the kind of clarity that only emerges when we feel safe and seen—it’s a beautiful thing to witness, and even more beautiful to be part of.
In our last circle, we explored the idea of working with our inner rhythms, not against them.
Don’t you sometimes feel that the life we’re expected to live—professionally, socially, emotionally—isn’t always aligned with what we truly need?
✨ What if it were perfectly okay to skip a social gathering because your body is asking for rest?
✨ What if our workdays could bend to meet us in our brain fog or mental fatigue?
✨ What if we gave ourselves full permission to honour our inner cycle—even if we no longer bleed?
When we feel disconnected from that inner rhythm, journaling or cycle tracking can be a beautiful way home. And for those who no longer menstruate, Moon Cycling offers a nourishing alternative. (Curious? Let’s chat.)
💫 Only two circles remain before our summer pause, and spaces are limited.
If you’ve been thinking about joining, now could be the time! (25th of May- on Natural and/or Hormonal Therapies and 15th of June- on Mindful Menopause Tools).(Sign-up and info for circles from September 2025 HERE).
If you need a more personalised approach, we can meet one-to-one to help you prepare for or navigate your perimenopause/menopause journey with knowledge and confidence .
With love and gentleness,
Sophie
