The Prenatal Well-Being workshops offer a magical time to gather with other pregnant mamas, to celebrate your pregnancy journey and the inner wisdom of your body … in a world where pregnancy is too often only seen through a medicalised lense.

Imagine taking a few hours away from the buzz of life for pure nourishment of the body and mind, while connecting to other pregnant mamas… Imagine taking time and space to reconnect to yourself and your growing baby(ies), feel heard and supported, move, breathe, relax and leave feeling refreshed, positive and confident about pregnancy and birth.



  • An opening and closing of the circle ritual
  • Gentle Prenatal Yoga practice including calming and grounding breathing practices
  • Deep relaxation (which will be recorded for your own use at home)
  • An introduction to hypnobirthing tools
  • Time to reflect and share
  • (and some delicious herbal tea and healthy snacks !)

Suitable from 13 weeks of pregnancy and right until the birth. The space is also open to women thinking about having a baby who would like to immerse themselves into the special energy created by those pregnant women getting together.

Sophie has been supporting women and couples in their pregnancy journey for 20 years, through prenatal yoga, birth preparation workshops and hypnobirthing. She is also an antenatal doula, a general hypnotherapist and women’s health practitioner. This workshop brings together tools to support a positive pregnancy and birth from those different therapeutic approaches.
