The Gift of Gathering with other Pregnant Mamas
At the end of June, I guided my last weekly prenatal yoga class, closing a chapter of almost 2 decades holding space for pregnant women, witnessing their strength and transformation.
These classes grew organically, evolving as I did—as a teacher, a mother, and a woman. Yet, as time flowed, I felt the 1h30 class wasn’t enough to weave together all the layers of support I longed to offer. So, I embarked on new learning journeys as a women’s health practioner—diving into hypnosis, CBT, and more—to deepen my capacity to nurture and empower (myself and others).
I am excited to return in September to @shanti_home_be with a prenatal offering that mirrors more closely what you, amazing women, have taught me you need most during your pregnancy (and that gives me a lot of joy to share😊).
The 2.5 hours monthly Prenatal Well-Being Workshops are designed to offer pregnant women a magical time to gather with other pregnant mamas, celebrate their pregnancy journey and the inner wisdom of their body….in a world where pregnancy is too often only seen through the medical lens.
What to expect:
– gathering in a supportive circle of other pregnant women
– gentle and safe embodied, yoga-inspired movements and breathing practice to provide nourishment for body and mind and to also prepare for birth.
– deep relaxation (I will provide an audio recording of the live relaxation for you to practice at home if you wish).
– an introduction to some hypnobirthing tools.
– time for sharing and discussion around prenatal/motherhood topics.
Meanwhile, I remain available for one-on-one birth preparation classes of course . If you are looking for a personalised and holistic approach, do reach me !
